Sadly, TervistRO is pretty much dead but it opens up the possibility for us to play on ClassicRO!
If you haven't taken a look at the server yet or want to more about it, here I made a list of features and most relevant things to know about it:

Bi-weekly Spotlight with item turn-ins & killing quests as well as headgears
Customized Trans content such as Bio3 & ET

Thank you for the invitation. 
We were sad to learn that you left TervistRO, because we had fun with you.
The GM of ClassicRO has already invited us on his server a few months ago ([Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien]) but we declined in order to keep playing on TervistRO.

Unfortunatetly, 18h30 - 19h30 is too early for us a saturday (some people work at this time).
It seems to contain many custom hats, I hope it is only disguise hats.

Do you know if another WoE on another day/hours will be scheduled ?

The headgears are purely cosmetic. There's also quests for those and a huge collection, haha. In fact, the cash shop is purely cosmetic.

Aw, that's a shame.
Currently not, but there might be in the future.

I had not understood that you were talking about THIS HeavenRO.
So, I copy/paste a part of the answer I did to Mocchalatte :

"By the way, I really really disadvise you to play on HeavenRO. If we are not on this french server, this is for a good reason.
Some of the GMs already built such a server a few months ago and it was catastrophic.
And like all french server, it may close soon.
They always change rules of Ragnarok and don't know how to administer a server (Some of the guards are 15 years old).
They do what their RO friends want them to do and are not objective.

It's the last server I would go on."
